In our long years of practice we have come face to face with the problems that people have with the most intimate & important aspect of their life" Sex". In these years we come across numerous patients with symptoms which leads to sexual disorders. Where and to whom should we go to discuss problems of sex? Is there anyone who really helps? ". This is the common cry of almost all the patients.Sexuality is a large component of one’s personality. Sexual knowledge involves the anatomy & physiology of the human reproductive system, conception, contraception, psycho sexuality, sexual differences and the constituents of love as they relate to sexual behavior and is not merely a discussion on how babies are made. For male & female life is incomplete with out each other.Life will be really meaningful & happy only when man & woman reach the stage of complete harmony in mentally & physically whether humanity is based on creation or evolution. Nature has produced two genders male & female for each other and sex has got a vital role to bring them as close as possible and it is essential for reproduction – acontinuous generation chain. The sexual life of married couple is fully satisfactory and blissful, only then they remain mentally & physically harmonious & healthy, otherwise a wedge of unhappiness frustrations & agonies start developing between them which is a curse of modern society. This not only affects the couples themselves but also spoil their children thus leading to demoralize the future generation & society. Ignorance of sexual knowledge is the root cause of this situation. Ambitious parents give best possible education to the their children to achieve highest goal in their life. We & even our education system tell them every part of their body except sexual organs & their function. Because in our society it is considered taboo. Parents may not aware the fact that child have natural importance in life. This can save them from wrong motions & the disastrous results. Otherwise in their curiosity, they will fall into the trap of bad company & bad behavior. In youthful spirit they will adopt wrong ways. Without a proper sexual knowledge they will practice unnatural means to satisfy their sexual urge & ruin their lives. They realize their mistakes only when they get in to marriage. They will repent for what they did in the past, because they cannot fully enjoy the real charm of happy married life .
